You DONT need prior authorization to do this. My item is damaged. No problem, just send it back to us for a refund or replacement! Include a note with your preference. My steel ring is the wrong size No problem, just send it back to us with a note including your correct size and we will replace it. Remember most steel rings are available in full sizes. My Gold or Silver ring is the wrong size. Unfortunately we are not able to resize rings because our jewelers are all remote. Your best option is to have a local jeweler resize it for you as you may need it resized several times over the course of your life. You can of course, always return any item for a full refund as that is our policy but it is costly for us when a ring is returned simply because the customer did not get sized first. Where is my Silver or Gold Ring? Silver and gold rings can take up to 8 weeks for casting and delivery. Most orders ship much faster. For specific shipping information, just look at the item.
