Frequently Asked Questions
What type of ring should I get?
If you are a new master mason, you will most likely want a blue lodge ring. These are usually symbolized by a square and compass with a G in the middle. Other symbols you may see often represent the shriners, york rite, knights templar or scottish rite.
I am a fellowcraft mason, can I wear a ring?
No. But if you want to purchase one ahead of time so you have it after you are raised, thats very common.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free.
Can I get overnight shipping?
No, sorry.
How long does it take for shipping?
4-6 Weeks, please look here for more information on this.
How should I wear my ring? With the square and compass facing in or out?
On a wall the square and compass points down. On the book it points away from the master. These two facts infer that it should be worn with the points facing out. Additionally, signet rings are worn such that they can be used without being taken off, thus requiring the compass points to point down.
Why does my tracking number not show any information?
Sometimes it takes a few days for the information to register with USPS. First class flats do not have tracking numbers, only confirmation numbers.
Do you make the rings yourself?
No, you wouldnt want me making you a ring.. I employ highly skilled silversmiths from all over the world to craft these rings.
Will a ring turn my finger green?
It might! Some people are more sensitive than others. Green fingers do not mean fake jewelry. They mean high body acidity.
I would like a custom design, is that possible?
You can design your own in our cutom masonic ring shop!
Will my silver ring tarnish?
Sterling silver will tarnish also depending on your body chemistry. We include a special cloth with each silver ring to remove tarnish.
Why does do you not setup a booth at Grand Lodge events?
Simply put it goes against our principles. We believe masonic events are for fraternity, not business.
WHO CAN BUY: It's ok to buy masonic items as gifts for people you know who may be freemasons. It's not ok to pass yourself off as a freemason if you are not a member. In fact, doing so is illegal in many areas.
