The Ashlar Sticker Works Project
This innovative new pilot program is an effort to suppliment the income of senior members on fixed incomes. We started with a product that is not part of our core lineup but is easy to handle, stickers. We then introduced a scalable and divisible manufacturing process that is simple and easy. This new crowd sourced manufacturing technique can be divided among as many brethren as we can.
How it works
We send you a kit that contains a quantity of our 2"x2" transparent stickers, envelopes, prelabeled return packaging. You put 5 stickers in each envelope and seal it with a 6th sticker. Then you'll just send it all back to us with the provided pre-labeled package. You will be paid via paypal. We encourage brethren to write a hello greeting on the envelope as we send them out in orders to brothers all over the world. Throughout history there have been many "envelope stuffing" scams but this is not one of them. We are sending you our products at our cost and expect them to be shipped back to us also at our cost. We pay you before you actually do anything. We will not bother you if you do not return the envelopes or they get lost in the mail (it happens). It is for this reason that we only mail kits out to the addresses of regularly recognized lodges. There are absolutely no exceptions to this. This is how we guard the gate so to speak.
Requirements to Participate
1) Be able to accept paypal payment
2) Be a member in good standing of a regularly recognized US lodge
3) Be over the age of 70
4) Reside in the United States
We will confirm your a member with your secretary and then we will ship you the kit.
UNITED STATES RESIDENTS ONLY
There may not always be a steady supply of kits available but we will endevour to help as many brethren as we can.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much extra income can I earn?
That depends on two things, the number of people participating and the demand for sticker packs.
Why are you doing this?
Because if we did not, everything else we did would be pointless.
Why do you only ship to lodges?
It seems like the only logical way to verify we are helping masons.
Why the age limit?
It is the seniors that need our help the most. We cannot help everyone so we set a high age limit to try to help those in the most need.
How are senior brethren with no internet expected to learn about this?
You need to tell them.
How much do the kits cost?
They cost you nothing, we pay you.
Do I have to pay for any postage?
Do I have to pay for anything?
Why is there an odd amount of supplies in the package?
Package materials are measured by weight not qty so sometimes there might be a few extra.
WHO CAN BUY: It's ok to buy masonic items as gifts for people you know who may be freemasons. It's not ok to pass yourself off as a freemason if you are not a member. In fact, doing so is illegal in many areas.
